Chemtrails and the HAARP Project.

The ever increasing strange jet trails reminded Lisa that if one ever wishes to hide something, hide it in full view.

The trails generally appear every weekend in some parts of the world but not through all weekdays and this goes a long way to refute official claims of jet exhausts. They do not dissipate as normal emissions do but spread out over large distances creating misty hazes.

And they appear over densely populated cities but not in open spaces unless crops and water supplies are underneath. And once again, the silence of the main media adds further speculation to these strange events. It was as if the sprayers waited until more people were outside in the open than locked away in schools, factories and offices.

Lisa recollected the past denials and lies uttered by governments when a leak of wrong doing surfaced. They rode the lies as far as they could before finally coming clean in the face of insurmountable evidence. A few sincere apologies were garbled to the masses and then life continued as before. The whistleblowers were ruthlessly hunted, ridiculed and slandered, dismissed and hounded and their lives utterly destroyed. Others just simply disappeared or were found dead.

Much anecdotal evidence and stories attribute the trails to attacks by governments participating in biological attacks. But strangely the government remains tight lipped on the issue even though the distinctly marked aircraft never land at commercial airports. They must land somewhere. Some people are convinced that the spraying is some sort of weather control initiative. Whatever the stories and confusion, something is definitely occurring in secret, without public discussion and without explanation and RESPECT for those who live under the spraying.

In approximately 1996 and 1997, there was a publicly released proposal to use military aircraft to scatter through the stratosphere millions of tons of electrically-conductive metallic materials in an attempt to reduce global warming. At a similar time, there was a project to spray aluminum oxide and another to disperse barium stearate for the purposes of high-tech military communications. An atmospheric aerial. A repeater or disperser of signals perhaps. Or rather, the airborne metals were to act as giant antennae to receive radio and electronic signals.

And in other stories, traces of Ethylene Dibromide have been reported to be found after spraying. Repeated exposure to low levels of ethylene dibromide results in general weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, chest pains, coughing and shortness of breath, upper respiratory tract irritation and respiratory failure caused by swelling of the lymph glands in the lungs. Ethylene dibromide is a carcinogen and must be handled with extreme caution.  A seven-page summary of this pesticide's extreme toxicity notes that EDB may also damage the reproductive system. And it is a jet fuel additive used to make JP8.

And samples of military jet fuel are forbidden to be tested.

Does this bring a new meaning to Eugenics or population control?

Lisa had other thoughts. She noticed the High Altitude Auroral Research Project or HAARP project based in Gakon, Alaska became known at the same time as a commercial patent was awarded to MIT physicist Bernard Eastlund in 1985. The patent claims that directed energy beams of more than one-billion watts can be used for "altering the upper atmosphere wind patterns using plumes of atmospheric particles as a lens or focusing device" to disturb weather thousands of miles away.

But on the US Navy HAARP website, the U.S. Navy says, "The HAARP facility will not affect the weather. Once operational, the HAARP facility will consist of 180 antennas on a total land area of about 33 acres producing approximately 3.6 million watts of radio frequency power. Is this the secret purpose of mobile phone towers? To act as repeater stations?

Lisa discovered that the HAARP patent documents also discuss the injection of barium into the atmosphere and the role of photo-ionization upon that element, using the magnetic field lines of the Earth as a conduit for energy transfer. HAARP can also generate both extremely low frequency as well as VHF frequency for a broad array of applications.

Barium also has electromagnetic properties and may be both amplifying and more evenly dispersing pulsed-energy waves. These waves are now most likely blanketing all cities and towns in North America and even further for the purpose of mood and mind control. So on face value, it appeared that the chemtrails were a two fold application. One to poison crops and water ways and the second to disperse electro magnetic pulses. Eugenics on a wide scale through famine and sickness – Mind perception alteration to limit action as to what was slowly occurring.

The rapid and wide-spread inability of people world wide to be able to think clearly and purposely and take responsibility is staggering. Events unfold daily that would have resulted in widespread condemnation only a few short years ago – but today not a murmur is heard. The malaise and uncaring has reached epidemic levels combined with feelings of hopelessness and powerlessness. Is there some kind of subliminal message being broadcast daily on a frequency that allows this?

Are the mind weapons of food, chemicals, vaccines, electromagnetic pulses and societal despair gaining in strength and effectiveness? Is to be aware of the possibility of being mind controlled a huge protection in itself? Lisa believed that it was.

And Lisa felt that the true reason was not weather control but HUMAN control. And the results would be mind control using electromagnetic pulses to alter the reality in the minds of the population and also to limit perceptions of other realities and spirit realms... And as a back up and also an adjunct, Lisa noted the tens of thousands of cell towers. The studies that appeared then disappeared with monotony concerning the dangers to the brain by cell phones had always alerted Lisa about things being hidden for a purpose. Were these mobile phones that truly needed?  Land lines certainly seemed a safer option from even the possibility of brain damage.

And as Lisa began to amass her data on just about everything, she became aware that a peace was slowly entering her being. Far from being scared or worried over the things she was learning, she felt more incredibly aware and alert of her world. And this in turn sowed the seeds of comfort and understanding.

There was no fear arising from her and in her. There began to be a rising of profound knowledge due to her alertness. At last she could make far more sense to the events in her world.

The pattern of anything produced or used on a large scale by the masses began to form. Whether it is food, vaccines, television, chemtrails, cell phones or even water supplies containing chlorine or fluoride, the underlying problems began to be the same. Lisa began to perceive that anything of a large scale had the potential of not only being a tool for wide mind manipulation and control but also could be used to reduce human population numbers quite simply and easily.

So she pressed on even further.
