Lisa had begun to hear disturbing tales of electronic weapons being used. She was already horrified by the multitudes of existing ways to kill and maim and her revulsion grew with hearing that even more ways to murder were being developed with relentless effort. She dwelt upon how scientists could even do this development with consciousness and it saddened her. It seemed that all effort into discovering new technologies was focused on the creating of death and fear. The supreme mind control.

And since electronic weapons were undetectable and invisible, she  knew that the perfect crime could be conducted by their use to cause untold physical and mental damage. And the testing of these weapons was used primarily in city crowd control and third world so-called insurgent uprisings. No wonder everything was cloaked in secrecy.

These weapons utilized both non-ionizing EM and ionizing x-rays, gamma rays, 

radioactivity radiation and severe electro-magnetic impulses. Even the ‘noise bombs’ caused untold agony and distress.

The GM900 microwave network is a major health hazard. Microwave frequencies similar to  those of the cellular phones can cause health problems in blood, the cardiovascular system, body cells, central nervous system, digestive system, glands. Metabolism, reproduction, visual system and the internal sound perception. An all encompassing mixture indeed. Over 30,000 and increasing daily mobile phone towers existed in one country alone. But what puzzled Lisa most that the latest installation of these towers was being hidden. They were disguised as trees, church crucifixes, advertising signs and numerable other ways. Whole countries are now awash in EMF waves and the particularly sensitive people are rendered quite ill by them. Chilling experimentation has now been developed that can transmit ideas, thoughts and full sentences directly into either individual minds or whole societies. The consequences and abuse of this technology are nearly to horrible to contemplate. Apart from guiding citizens on what to buy or how to vote, the masses can now be guided into servility or uprising.

What do mobile phone towers really do? Was there an extra unpublished use?

Certain frequencies in the 1800MHz and 900MHz ranges can damage brain tissue thus leading to behavioral control and a more docile population. Is this the reason why society remains silent about so many transgressions and crimes? Is this why when people KNOW when political crimes or war crimes are committed that they remain mute and disinterested? Even when their own freedoms are eroded before their very eyes they utter only a murmur at best.

And the growing stories of groups of people who ‘hear’ voices in their heads. If the ongoing experiments with brain washing and latent hypnotic control ‘triggers’ were connected with this, then the results are horrifying. Lisa wondered seriously if the HAARP Project, the mobile phone towers, the chemtrail spraying and secret psychology programs were all linked whereby people would be ‘activated’ to perform deeds unconsciously and against their wills. Does this go hand in hand with the totally unexplainable actions and murders by usually ‘normal’ people that may have gone ‘OFF’ prematurely?

Did they in fact go ‘off’ at the correct time to create fear and usher in new laws of civilian containment? Or did they go ‘off’ too early? Is there a larger plan at stake here? Violence and shootings in schools had always puzzled Lisa. Certain kids with no previous displays of aggression seemed to just go blank and their entire behavior went crazy to execute deeds akin to killing robots. And Lisa noted that very few of the school aged killers ever survived. They were always shot. Maybe this was on purpose? Maybe these kids were not allowed to live and speak of their triggers in their minds. Given the vast array of methods available to subdue and capture criminals, even to the point of maiming, why was it that the authorities always killed and losing all chances of research into these affected minds. Lisa already began to see the answer.

Lisa’s studies into Tesla experiments painted a troublesome picture. The published patents of EMF and ULF devices and weapons for the sole purposes of either killing or controlling minds existed everywhere. Surely there was a more beneficial purpose being used somewhere for this technology. Yet strangely, there was not.

Unexplained plane and car crashes, public speakers mysteriously dying on stage, unexpected suicides the list grows. Even ‘noise’ devices to stop children from gathering is ushering in the first electronic weapons openly into society. They will be the tip of the iceberg.

And once again Lisa saw the Mind Control connection.
