Eugenics and Depopulation

In the relentless quest for power and wealth, more than a few governments and bankers have looked upon the issues of population numbers and control. The paths taken to amass incredible wealth has of it self necessitated cold bloodedness and a total disregard for fellow humans and their circumstances. And to a mind that demands optimum output from as few workers as possible, the booming population expansion of the world is close to a worst case scenario as could be. Especially if the drains of revenue were increasing whilst the amount to be shared became less for them. An ideal profit based world has as few workers as possible – and certainly no sick or disabled.

The fact that financial systems are based on lies and false money led Lisa to examine deeply the next steps of the global elite. The entire financial economic system was built to entrap labor, to feed corporate masters and generate profit, and to control indebted populations and nations, their natural resources and ultimately, who lives and who dies.

Throughout modern times, many influential spokespeople have mentioned such things as needing the United States to cut its population by two-thirds within the next fifty years. Immediately after such comments, some people become alert to the ways of elites and their goals and turn their thoughts to just how this could be achieved. Lisa saw clearly the mechanisms which may be used The failure of the SARS pandemic sprang quickly to mind and how some must have been very disappointed. The Aids/HIV had always troubled her with the so-called African monkey being able to infect citizens world wide and so quickly. The on again off again bird flu virus so-called pandemic which was incessantly blasted loudly by politicians and media. The bizarre attempts by militaries to duplicate the 1918 Spanish influenza virus just did not add up. The people Lisa spoke to had no understanding that eugenics was already in practice.

The nuclear testing of bombs near huge cities guaranteed radioactive dust would be blown over the population. The cancers unheard of fifty or a hundred years ago were blossoming. Lisa was reminded of a comment a medical nurse once made. She remarked “I have never seen a patient die of cancer yet I have seen hundreds die of cancer treatment”.

And Lisa just could not shake her belief that a cure against radioactivity poisoning existed and had done so for many years. Why else would leaders permit such nuclear poisoning and dispersment? Why would so many learned scientists expose themselves to risks in the knowing they themselves may die?

And coupled with all this nonsense was the mandatory vaccination programs which removed all rights of the human whilst injecting unknown chemicals, RFID chips and organisms into bodies of all ages. And yet diseases still spread and killed thousands.

All that was needed now was a manufactured ‘accidental release’ of killer viruses into the nearby cities by biological weapons factories. The world media seems to be knowledgably predicting this same scenario.

Would anyone truly know the purpose and ingredients of chemtrails? Pictures of crop dusters spraying crops to kills insects flooded into Lisa. The lyrics of a Rocky Horror Picture Song began to play in Lisa’s mind. “And crawling on the planets face, those insects called the human race”

No, thought Lisa. If any sick and twisted mind truly wished to reduce vast numbers of humans, it was very easily done. Water supplies and air space were heavily guarded by and owned by…..  Corporations and governments. Lisa again was reminded of the indiscriminate spraying of both troops and civilians in Vietnam. There was certainly mass murder and illness on both sides yet this never mattered at all.

And Lisa discovered that a common pesticide sprayed on crops was a slightly altered Nerve Gas from World War 2.

The oddly named "Global 2000 Report to the President" and "Global Future: A Time to Act," discussion papers highlighted political statements of intent on the part of groups such as the CFR, the Trilateral Commission, Federal Reserve, and the IMF to pursue policies that were to result in the deaths of upwards of 2 billion by 2000. The Global 2000 formula signed by Jimmy Carter and followed by his successors remains, in fact, the guiding the economic, legislative, and foreign policies of the US. With the aim of depopulation and enslavement by the elite and their New World Order government - where they, alone, govern all humanity and every event.

Few know or remember Dr. Henry Kissinger when he wrote: "Depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World."

Could this be why a type of corn being tested in Mexico that leaves men sterile is of a high interest? Could this be behind the relentless attacks upon countries by way of wars, financial entrapment and food /medicine embargoes? And why limit that type of thinking just to third world countries?

And Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, leader of the World Wildlife Fund, is quoted saying (in "Are You Ready for Our New Age Future?" Insiders Report, American Policy Center, December 1995) "If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels"

Lisa deeply wondered why and for what purposes  Bio-Weapons Level 3 and Level 4 labs are situated in suburbs and campuses. Who are the targeted recipients of such disgusting and evil weapons?  And if a ‘tragic’ accident were to occur? A terrorist attack perhaps? It mattered not what the true reasons may be, it was how the information was bundled and delivered.

War, famine, disease, depleted uranium, chemicals in spraying and households were now commonplace. Lisa saw that there was certainly no shortage of ways to eliminate vast numbers of humans. From the mass spraying of Agent Orange in Vietnam through to the use of nuclear weapons in today’s wars, Lisa saw systematic use and testing of ways to mass murder. And death was even in prescribed medical drugs.

Add to this mix is the rise of genetically designed organisms in food which is shipped and fed upon by millions of people. The main clues Lisa saw was the stony wall of silence that precluded any open debates or testing of such products. Everything was initiated and conducted in the highest secrecy from the mainstream public. Why?

Taken in isolation, each event was horrid in itself yet when all the pieces and goings on were combined together, Lisa saw a large determined activity being pursued.

The endless lie based wars, the mass bombings of civilians, the mass starvation throughout the world, the mass poisoning by herbicides and insecticides, the daily foods laced with mind numbing and harmful chemicals and all topped off with vaccines with ‘acceptable’ side effects of death and disabilities.

And it was always the people who suffered. The mortality rates of bombings, disease and poisoning were almost unbelievable yet rarely was this mentioned by the media.

A very common yet unseen method is to place medical care outside of the reach of growing numbers of citizens. The deaths in third world countries by easily treatable disease was now manifesting inside affluent western countries. The same diseases are untreated due to profit based costs for medication.

Did the global elite feel that only a predetermined number of people need to be alive to SERVE them? And as the televisions and football games distracted and dulled the populations, the activities of controlling men increased unchecked.

But even all of this did not add up in Lisa’s mind. To embark on such mind blowing acts even defied being the actions of a few psychopathic men and women around the world. Lisa began to see that profit wasn’t the underlying energy behind the events as they unfolded before her.
