Lisa began to recreate her dream of a life that included her, and empowered her. She saw that the hardest first step was to be aware of the illusion and begin to take determined and positive steps to break free of the illusion and control. She had to be keenly aware of the power of judgment for she saw it is a trap used to separate her from all other people.

Self doubt, fear, lack of worth for what ever reason is taught. It is conditioned and programmed from cradle to grave. The inner serenity of just BEING and doing and exploring and learning is now filled with trepidation and doubt.

The best gauge of the amount of fear we carry daily is the lightness and freedom we have when it is gone and Lisa saw fear as hugest limiter to everything in life. If we truly are eternal beings of Light and spiritual existence, then what have we to fear?
