Lisa was shocked to find the toolkit of mind control technologies and techniques developed by the government is quite vast and in just about every home of developed countries. Patents have been issued for technology used for behavior manipulation through TV, video, and DVD programming.

Physiological effects such as sensory resonance have been detected in humans in response to stimulation of the skin with weak electromagnetic fields that are pulsed with certain frequencies near 1/2 Hz or 2.4 Hz, and this in turn makes it possible to affect or manipulate the nervous system by using many types of computer monitors and televisions when displaying pulsed images. The humble television may have the image pulsing imbedded in the program content, or it may be overlaid by modulating a video stream, either as an RF signal or as a video signal. The image displayed on a computer screen may be pulsed by a computer program.

Screens can be made to emit weak low-frequency electromagnetic fields merely by pulsing the intensity of displayed images. Tests show that the 1/2 Hz sensory resonance can be excited in a person sitting near the screen. The 2.4 Hz sensory resonance can also be excited in this manner thus resulting in a TV or computer screen being used to manipulate the nervous system of nearby people.  The source of the screen/video input such as DVD, computer software or TV broadcasts is altered to affect these frequencies quite easily and the pulses can be so weak as to be fully subliminal.

One latest development being pursued is the copying of human brain waves in the areas of fear, anxiety and terror whereby the groups that are exposed have their reactions measured on an EEG brain wave monitor and then stored on a computer. These can then be duplicated and be silently included on carrier frequencies and in turn cause the same emotions and fears in other humans at differing locations and times.

Apart from the emotional aspect and uses of the electromagnetic pulses, television is a tool used to distract viewers by using endless streams of drama and nonsense to fully mesmerize and lull. Lisa often saw how her friends would turn on the TV sets immediately upon waking and arrival home from work.

She saw how this not only prevented them from times of peace and quiet introspection, but also went into opposite areas by inflaming them and angering them by carefully crafted news bulletins and drama movies. They would sit and watch a show and walk away incensed, fearful, or carrying views that had no real bearing of truth. If they walked away happy, this was often for totally the wrong reasons. The wheels of propaganda were introduced non stop into their rest times.

Rarely if ever did viewers take time-out and just be in peace with their own thoughts and energies. Rarely did they seek alternative sources to gain knowledge and fact that would bring inner peace and knowledge to help them with making sense of their lives and surrounding world. Rarely would they just sit in silence and use their imaginations.

By NOT knowing more about their true reality, they were subtly and endlessly herded into mind sets that not only removed any form of responsibility for their societies, but it also numbed taking any responsibility for themselves.

And Lisa saw only too well the resultant world problems that have arisen by stealth whilst people watched the TV. The social manipulation and engineering has resulted in millions of blank and non-challenged minds that the addiction of television created. The world decision players have had a free ride in their agendas.

Lisa saw the endless glitzy ads portraying false realities whilst pandering to greed, she saw blood and murder endlessly desensitizing youth, the quiz shows promising instant wealth and she saw shows that had contestants insulted and ridiculed savagely. And all this was called entertainment whilst the more sinister purpose was unseen by the viewers. 

Along with the insular nature of television is of course the falling of dialogue and discussions within family units. And to appease all the family members, multiple sets are purchased.

It was the supreme distraction from the self. It eclipsed all notion of going within and truly knowing ones self. It paraded false notions of a world that did not exist and the people suffered even more when they could not aspire to the ‘standards’ as portrayed on television.

On a spiritual level, Lisa saw television as not only hypnotic, but also as a tool to keep viewers in thin bands of emotional experience. The limited emotions than people experienced were those that were guided and controlled. The skills of imagination and wider feeling were eroded away nightly. And Lisa knew the skills of feeling and imagination were the essences of esoteric wonderment and creation. The power to create stems from the power to imagine. The power to touch ones own spirit and to hear the empowering messages needs the ability to feel.

And again Lisa noted that once one was aware of all these things then it was easy to see the game being played and one could then limit exposure and take steps to reduce or avoid harm.

And their minds surely and relentlessly are being programmed.
